After a quick stop at our favourite café to pick up a freshly brewed coffee, you'll meet Lauren and her camel family at QCamel Dairy. She will take you on a guided tour of the dairy farm explaining its history, her absolute love of camels, passion for ethical farming and focus on providing premium health care products and produce including the only Certified Organic Camel Milk in the world. You'll get the opportunity see a live milking demonstration, then meet the camel family, where hugs are encouraged and welcomed by the affectionate camels. Morning tea will then be served offering you a range of gluten free crackers, chemical and spray free seasonal fruit, freshly made warm damper, cheeses including camel cheese, organic tea, percolated coffee and camel milk. The team at Brouhaha have set themselves a mission to educate the community and its visitors in the art of craft beer. Their core range has been carefully crafted and designed to tempt the average beer drinker to explore a new style of beer and start a journey with craft brewing and drink better beer. You'll enjoy a tasting paddle of 4 beers from their core rage. Your guide will share their philosophy behind the beer making process, taking you step by step in an in-depth tour of the brewery and give you an understanding of the beers in front of you. Lunch will also be served during this stop and includes a range of entrees and pizzas, made from only the best and freshest local produce the region has to offer.
