Yorkers Bar
Sunshine Coast
At a glance
Yorkers Bar is a modern cocktail lounge in Noosa Junction, combining an energetic social atmosphere with a speakeasy-style setting. Positioned behind the main venue and entered via the alleyway behind NYM, the bar offers a more tucked-away setting for evening drinks, conversation and small plates. Its character draws on classic cocktail-bar traditions while allowing room for contemporary flavours and presentation.
The drinks selection centres on handcrafted cocktails, whisky and wine. The cocktail style reflects a balance between familiar ideas and creative interpretation, making the venue suited to visitors who enjoy considered drinks in a lively but intimate environment. The bar’s late-night focus gives it a distinct evening identity, with service running on Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm until late.
Food is designed to complement the drinks rather than function as a large restaurant menu. The kitchen works with fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers, with artisanal bites and bold farm-to-plate flavours forming the basis of the offering. The approach suits casual grazing, a pre-evening drink or a longer night built around shared plates and cocktails. Menu choices can vary with the seasons, keeping the food connected to regional produce.
Yorkers Bar also operates as a function venue for intimate celebrations and private gatherings. The cocktail-bar setting provides a suitable backdrop for occasions that call for drinks, food and a more atmospheric style of hospitality. Its combination of cocktails, wine, whisky and small plates makes it relevant for social groups, date-night drinks and Sunshine Coast visitors exploring Noosa’s evening venues.
Located at 5 Sunshine Beach Road, Noosa Heads, the bar sits within the Noosa Junction dining and nightlife area. The alleyway entrance behind NYM is an important part of the arrival, leading into a venue that feels separate from the busier street frontage. Direct contact is available for function enquiries, dietary questions and other visit details.
