Description
This tour begins with a country drive to Mapleton Falls, where you'll enjoy complimentary tea or coffee overlooking the falls. A ridgeline drive along the Blackall Range then takes you to Montville Artisan Village, where you can taste handmade Belgian chocolates and explore galleries, shops, and artisan stalls at your leisure for over an hour.
Lunch is served at a cottage cafe offering local produce and crafts. Afterwards, continue along the ridgeline to a panoramic lookout featuring the Sunshine Coast coastline from Noosa to Caloundra and, on clear days, views to Moreton Island.
In Maleny, experience a 1.2 km guided nature walk through remnant old-growth rainforest with giant trees, native birds, and pademelons. If you prefer not to walk, you may relax at the entrance's discovery centre and cafe overlooking the Glass House Mountains.
Following the walk, visit a scenic lookout providing widely photographed views of the Glass House Mountains before a drive through Maleny village. The final stop is a mountain-top vineyard for a wine tasting with ocean views.
The day concludes with a comfortable return to your accommodation by approximately 5:30 pm.
