Tour Description
Travel into the Blackall Range to begin your tour at a boutique winery, enjoying a guided tasting of handcrafted wines paired with local cheese and panoramic hinterland views.
Next, visit a local cheese shop offering artisan cheeses and other regional gourmet products available for purchase.
Lunch is at a hinterland farm-to-table restaurant with an onsite craft brewery. Choose a tasting paddle featuring freshly brewed beers or select from wine, cider, or soft drinks to accompany a seasonal two-course meal made from local ingredients.
The tour concludes at a boutique distillery with an interactive tasting of award-winning spirits including gins, vodkas, and liqueurs crafted with local character.
