The Factory Tour offers an informative journey through Australia’s only working ginger factory. Discover how ginger is grown, harvested, and processed. See the factory floor where ginger is sorted and graded, then observe the syruping process that takes place over 12 days in cook tanks.
The tour includes a tasting plate featuring refreshing drinks and both savoury and sweet ginger products. Buderim Ginger began as a small farming cooperative in 1941 and has grown into a leading exporter of ginger products worldwide.
