The Retreat Beach Houses is a self-contained beachfront accommodation complex at 390 David Low Way, Peregian Beach. Set among native vegetation beside the ocean, the property combines a quiet coastal setting with practical facilities for independent stays on the Sunshine Coast. A private pathway leads directly to Peregian Beach, while the surrounding trees provide a natural setting for native birdlife and the sound of waves.

Accommodation is arranged in architecturally designed beach houses with open-plan living areas and north-facing decks on both levels. The houses are available in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, creating options for couples, families and groups travelling together. Three-bedroom houses cater for up to six guests, two-bedroom houses cater for up to four, and one-bedroom houses are suited to two guests. The layout allows guests to cook, dine and relax within a private house rather than a traditional hotel room.

The houses are designed for longer or more relaxed stays, with indoor living spaces opening onto outdoor areas. Upper and lower decks provide places to sit outside, while the coastal outlook and landscaped grounds contribute to the property's calm atmosphere. The setting is close enough to Peregian Beach village for access to local shops and restaurants, with the beach providing a direct route for a walk into the village.

On-site recreation includes a lagoon-style pool and a tennis court. These facilities add variety for families and groups, while the beach offers a natural setting for swimming, walking and quiet time by the water. The combination of self-contained houses, shared recreational facilities and direct beach access makes the property suitable for holidays, reunions and small group getaways.

The full retreat can also be booked for exclusive use. Eighteen private beach houses can accommodate up to 96 guests, providing a setting for weddings, milestone celebrations, wellness escapes and executive retreats. Group bookings can therefore be arranged across the property while retaining separate accommodation for individual households or smaller parties.

Peregian Beach is positioned as a gateway to Noosa, giving the retreat a base for exploring the coast while maintaining a setting away from busier town-centre accommodation.
