Description

Meet your instructor at the Ocean Addicts Stand Up Paddle Lessons and Hire Center based at Cotton Tree, adjacent to the Aquatic Center. Get fitted with your equipment and head out onto the water. Learn the correct paddle techniques, then go for an easy paddle around the area of the hire center. Learn how to paddle, be secure and balance easily, where to stand, how to hold the paddle, how to turn, how to walk around on your board, and how to approach waves. Enjoy a fun and active experience that is great for building your core strength, while toning your arms, legs, back, and abs.
